So with Mother’s Day just a few days away, I thought I would do a little gift guide for any of you finding it tricky to know what to get for the lovely lady in your life! Here are a few of my picks…
British Tulips Vase, £28
How seriously pretty are these flowers from Moonpig? They’ve got lots of fab gifts for Mother’s Day over on the website, and you can even make her a card whilst you’re at it! Plus they have free next day delivery if you order by 7pm, so perfect if you’ve left it a bit late and want to get it in time for Sunday.
Similarly to Moonpig, Funky Pigeon has lots of lovely gifts for your momma this Mother’s Day. There’s lots of opportunity for personalisation and in particular the tote bags look fab! This one would be great for a lovely mum who has become a grandma recently.
You may know that Not On The High Street is one of my fave websites (Ten of the Best Places to Shop Online) so of course they came up trumps with their gorgeous Mother’s Day gifts. This pouch is fab for that momma who has her hands full and just needs a little pep talk every now and again. NOTHS also has some really pretty jewellery, most of it personalised, if you want to treat your mum this Mother’s Day to a lovely piece. They also have plenty of original and thoughtful gifts so make sure you check them out if you’re a bit unsure what to get that tricky to buy for lady.
Every woman loves a new perfume, so why not treat a momma this Mother’s Day! This pretty perfume is from Debenhams which currently has 10% off fragrance and skin care. I totally love this perfume and am obsessed with the bottle so I know I would love to receive it this Sunday (even though I’m not a mummy! That doesn’t matter though does it?!).
I love giving ‘experiences’ as gifts, and what would be better than treating your lovely mum to a spa day including treatments? Plus, you can insist on coming along as the second person! This deal is for use at a Bannatyne Spa, but if you shop around on similar websites, you’re bound to find one near you at somewhere you like the look of. There are plenty of other ‘experiences’ you can give her too if this isn’t her thing, perhaps afternoon tea or a meal at a nice restaurant.
Of course, I had to include a gift from my fave shop Aspire Style, and how pretty is this bracelet? With a diamante heart charm, it’s a lovely way to thank a kind mum. Plus there’s free p&p on the item so you don’t even need to leave the house to get your hands on it! They have lots of other great gifts online and in store too.
Cacao and Almond Brownie Mix, £9.99
Want to make fresh brownies for your momma this Mother’s Day? Treat her to this gooey, fudgey, chocolatety delight! This mix from OMG contains enough to make 12 brownies. All you have to do is add sweet potatoes and water to the mix then cook in the oven. Plus these brownies use more natural ingredients than the typical brownie mix, so they’re better for you. I’m sure your mum will share them with you if you ask her nicely! The discount code OMG gave me is still running, so if you want 10% off, just add ‘JEAN10’ at the checkout.
So these are just a few lovely bits you could give your mother this Mother’s Day. Which is your fave? Have you discovered other fab gifts you can give your mum on Sunday? Let me know in the comments!
Until next time…
