September Faves

September Faves cover

So another month has come to an end, meaning it is time for my favourites! September has been quite a crazy one for me, with going back to school and getting to know my new class. It’s also been full of lots of fun times, celebrations and plenty of shopping! So, here you lovely lot, are my September Faves!

1. Coconut Lane Haul

September Faves coconut lane

So this month I discovered Coconut Lane, and to be honest I’m gutted I hadn’t come across it sooner! Its filled with some really fab items, such as this lovely group of goodies I just had to buy. I’m still totally loving marble, aren’t you?! They also have clothing, phone covers and all sorts of other bits and bobs. Plus, they’re giving my awesome readers 20% off if you use the code ‘asseenonjean20’. (*)

2. Dream Matcha Tea

September Faves matcha

This month I got my hands on this matcha tea from The Dream Matcha Tea Company. I do love a good cuppa, but have never tried matcha tea before and didn’t really know much about it. It is packed with antioxidants, and is claimed to boost energy, increase metabolism and lower cholesterol. Whilst its strange to drink a green cup of tea with a slightly bitter taste you soon get used to it. I’ve only had a few cups of matcha tea so far, I must admit I have felt better after drinking it, and am looking forward to see how it works for me. I’ll be sharing all in a blog post soon!

3. Self Love

September Faves love quote

So if you read my recent post about self-love, you’ll know that I have been doing a self-love program this month. I discussed it in the post, and will also be doing a follow-up post in the not too distant future. Therefore, I won’t go into too much detail now. But this month I have definitely moved in a positive direction in loving myself that little bit more. I’m looking forward to seeing where the rest of the program takes me.

4. Healthy Eating

September Faves healthy eating

So this month, the hubs and I have definitely tried to eat a bit more healthily. Post-holiday we realised we needed to be better, so have been really trying this month. Here is a cheeky crayfish and mango salad I had recently. It was so nice! And yes, that is a cupcake on the side. Technically not healthy, but it was strawberry flavour, so that totally counts as 1 of my 5 a day right?! Joking aside, we are trying to be good when we can.

5. Degustabox

September Faves degustabox

Earlier this month, I wrote a post reviewing the August Degustabox. Well this is a sneaky peek at the September one! Essentially a subscription box containing food, I get so excited to open the box up and see the goodies inside. Plus, they’re offering my readers £7 off a box if you use the code ‘UNW4A’ here. What an amazing discount! Make sure you look out for my review of this box later this month.

So these are my September faves. What do you think? What have you been loving this month? Let me know in the comments!

Until next time…

Sounds like it’s been a lovely month. Those items from Coconut Lane are great! It’s nice to eat healthy from time to time and it’s even better when you can do it everyday. It’s really exciting to see what degusta box has for this month!

Nice list of faves! I’d like to try matcha tea and definitely good to practice that self love! We have to do little things for our self sometimes.

I always want to drink more tea. I’m just such a coffee nut. But I’ve heard great things about Matcha tea. Maybe when winter comes and iced coffee starts seeming less appealing. (It’s still in the 80s where I am now.)

I like tea but I must admit that I don’t often drink it. I think I am going to make more time to enjoy it now that the cold weather months are upon us.

I’m definitely all about healthy eating. It’s a good habit to get into and stick with especially with the holiday season fast approaching.
